Just published! A new edition of  Justice by Lottery  by Barbara Goodwin

 (250 pages £17.95/$34.90 1845400259 (pbk; 2nd edition) June 2005)

 As well as a new Preface for this second edition (the first edition was in 1992), there is an additional Chapter ‘The Lottery Revisited’. This covers many of the proposals for lottery use in the UK during the intervening years.
